Your Watch, Handled with Care

Most full mechanical services are completed in seven to fourteen working days. Watches with complications or parts that need ordering may take a little longer — we'll let you know upfront.

We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches, including many Swiss, Japanese, and Thai-market brands. If you are unsure, bring the watch in for an assessment — we'll be straightforward about whether it is something we can help with.

You receive a written summary in plain language — the pressure rating we tested to, whether the seals held, what was renewed, and any recommendations for the future. Nothing is left vague.

We take a conservative approach. Light refinishing eases scratches and grime without removing the character a watch has earned over time. If you prefer to leave certain areas untouched, just tell us — we work to your preference.

You are welcome to call or send a message with a description and a photo or two. We can often give a rough range, though the final quote comes after we have looked at the piece in person.

Every watch left with us is photographed and logged on arrival. Pieces are stored securely on the premises. We handle each watch as we would want our own handled.
