Every watch that comes into the workshop goes through the same intake process regardless of value or service scope: photographed, assessed, and quoted in writing before anything begins. We take on a manageable number of jobs at any one time — this means no piece sits on a shelf waiting while others take priority.
Phuket's climate creates particular demands on watch seals and lubricants that a standard service schedule does not fully account for. We incorporate humidity-aware considerations into our mechanical and water resistance work. Timelines are realistic — typically seven to fourteen working days for a full service — and we communicate if anything changes.
Mechanical Movement Service
A full, unhurried service for automatic and manual watches. Ideal for pieces worn in a warm, humid climate that benefit from regular, attentive care. We clean every component, renew lubricants appropriate to the calibre, and regulate the movement to run as accurately as its design allows.

Case & Bracelet Restoration
Light refinishing of cases and bracelets to ease everyday marks while keeping the watch's natural character. We work by hand, taking a conservative approach that preserves original surface texture and avoids removing more material than necessary.

Water Resistance Assessment
Seal renewal and pressure testing to help your watch cope with island humidity and the occasional splash. Particularly relevant in Phuket, where sea air and perspiration accelerate gasket wear. You receive a plain-language summary of what we found and what we did.

Timing and pressure results come from calibrated equipment, not estimation. We record the numbers and share them with you.
Appropriate Lubricants
We use watch-specific lubricants selected for each calibre's requirements — not general-purpose oils or greases.
Secure Handling
Watches in service are kept in locked storage on the premises. We keep intake numbers manageable for security and attention.
Written Scope Agreement
You receive a written estimate before work begins. Any additional scope is agreed in advance — never added without discussion.
Clear Communication
We contact you with updates. If something unexpected is found, we call before proceeding. No surprises at collection.
